A drone complements the foot patrol where response time and a wide view of the site matter. It takes off from its docking station on schedule or on the operator's call, and the footage reaches the monitoring centre live.
It works best on large and scattered sites — where walking the perimeter takes a quarter of an hour and an incident has to be verified at once.

Facility and property security is always performed based on an individual security plan developed on the basis of an analysis of demand and potential threats. In each case our plan takes into consideration specific requirements of the Customer.

PHYSICAL SECURITY
Security agents
INTER GROUP physical security involves continuous presence of security agents in the protected facility. Operating in compliance with the Act on Individual and Property Security, our staff supervising management has appropriate qualifications. All of our employees undergo periodical training in preparation for their service. Security agents wear official uniforms while the facility is equipped with communication system linked to our surveillance center, so that, in the case of a threat, an immediate reaction of Intervention Patrol is guaranteed.

Technical protection
As part of technological security we provide a wide range of services connected to the introduction of electronic and mechanical security systems facilitating security. Due to the knowledge and competence of our technology specialists, security systems are appropriately selected, configured and installed, while their operating personnel guarantees effective use.
The Company has its own Surveillance Centre which utilises technologically advanced equipment allowing for detection of potential irregularities in security staff performance. We also provide warranty and post-warranty servicing as well as periodical technical inspections of security systems.
Video surveillance
Access control system
The system is based on a video connection between our Surveillance Centre and the secured facility via CCTV cameras. Video systems are easily integrated with traditional alarm systems installed at the building at an earlier date.
Any irregularity at the site — the presence of unwanted persons, suspicious behaviour of users or security staff acting outside procedure — is therefore detected early enough.

Surveillance system assembly
As opposed to CCTV systems, it starts functioning exclusively in case of alarm activation. There is no possibility of property and room surveillance if sensors are not activated.
In case of danger the user of the facility can easily activate the video alarm, calling in our Surveillance Centre — we then verify the situation, check the camera feed and take appropriate action. This guarantees safety while Customer privacy remains intact.
